To me the pre-chase arrangements, the perusing of chasing articles and magazines and the musings of opening day in the forested areas in quest for amusement with bow and bolt is the same amount of a piece of my customs as the chase itself. This year I was anticipating making my northerly movement alone. My bow chasing accomplice and best amigo of 9 years, Steve Napiorski (I allude to him as MARINE, he is a Semper Fi from a few years back), was not able go along with me because of late clashes at his work place. Late summer I got a call from my better half's cousin and infrequent chasing partner Dave Lowe and he asked as to climate I was going to Maine this year. I answered "obviously". He went ahead to say that he was keen on going north and would bring along and more established companion of his Victor for the chase of a lifetime. Dave has chased the Oxbow Lodge some time recently, having gathered a decent 300lb pig his first year in camp. All things considered, I am dependably up for organization on a chasing trip and the yearly bear chase at the Oxbow Lodge Outfitters can oblige an assortment of chasing ages and weapons of decision.
